Some data is collected to ensure error-free provision of the website. Other data may be used to analyze your user behavior.

3. Data Collection on Our Website
Cookies
Our website uses cookies in some areas. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies help make our website more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are "session cookies." They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.
You can configure your browser to inform you about the use of cookies so that you can decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept or reject a cookie. Alternatively, your browser can be configured to automatically accept cookies under certain conditions or to always reject them, or to automatically delete cookies when closing your browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
Server Log Files
The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not combined with other data sources.
The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website – for this purpose, the server log files must be collected.
Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your information from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time. An informal email to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.
The information you have entered in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, withdraw your consent for storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – especially retention periods – remain unaffected.
Newsletter Data
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an email address from you, as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No additional data is collected or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.
The processing of the data entered in the newsletter registration form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the email address, and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
4. Rights of the Data Subject
You have the right:
- according to Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us;
- according to Art. 16 GDPR, to demand the immediate correction of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored by us;
- according to Art. 17 GDPR, to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us;
- according to Art. 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data;
- according to Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another controller;
- according to Art. 21 GDPR, to object to the processing of your personal data, insofar as your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests and there are grounds for this arising from your particular situation;
- according to Art. 77 GDPR, to complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our company headquarters.
5. Data Security
We use the common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. Usually, this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. Whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form is indicated by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
We also use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
